New paintings by Jadé Fadojutimi will be on view in the Central Pavilion of La Biennale di Venezia 2022. Curated by Cecilia Alemani, The Milk of Dreams explores the power of the human imagination, deriving its name from a book by the surrealist artist Leonora Carrington.
The Milk of Dreams will open to the public from Saturday 23 April. The pre-opening will take place on 20, 21 and 22 April.
Fadojutimi's inclusion in La Biennale follows her first US solo museum exhibition at ICA Miami. In September 2022, The Hepworth Wakefield will present a solo exhibition of works by the artist.
